1.Deliveries
You will always receive a confirmation of your order from us. The Postal Service will then deliver the consignment to you the following day. Consignments to Belgium take approximately 24 to 48 hours longer. For all other European countries the delivery time is 5 to 7 working days, and for the rest of the world 7 to 10 working days.
Orders will be delivered in a strictly neutral envelope or box, stating the sender as GreenMed Holding, our Representative Office for Europe.
All your orders will be sent by Natural Green Holding N.V. by registered post.
2. Delivery time
Natural Green Holding N.V. aims at delivering from stock as far as possible. If the delivery time stated is not met, we cannot be held liable for any damage. If in your opinion you have had to wait too long for an order, please contact us via info@Libidoforte.nl or via our website www.Libidoforte.info.
3. Warranty
The goods must reach you in good condition. If this is not the case we will immediately replace the goods or find another suitable solution. Complaints, if any, must be reported immediately after receipt of your order via info@Libidoforte.nl or via our website www.Libidoforte.info.
4. Payments
All our online payments are processed via a secure SSL SERVER and are collected by Icepay. Natural Green Holding N.V. does not deliver goods against invoice. The delivery time does not begin to run until we have received the payment for your order. If you are not at home when the consignment is delivered, you will find a note from the Postal Service in your letterbox stating the address where you may collect the consignment.
5. Exchange
If an article is damaged when you open your consignment, you may take advantage of our warranty scheme. In such case you must immediately notify this to us.
As a consumer you have the right to return articles to us within 7 days. In such case we will together with you find a suitable solution and if necessary refund your payment to you. You must always ensure that your return consignment is adequately stamped at your own expense. Natural Green Holding N.V. or any consignor affiliated to it will refuse to accept unstamped or inadequately stamped return consignments.

All personal data will be sent via a secure server. Your data will never be made available, sold or lent to third parties. The data will be used only within our own organization to keep you informed of offers, service, order status and other targeted activities.

All prices stated are in Euros.
